Throughout my time at Dalhousie University I have had the privilege of working with and learning from other healthcare professionals. This includes Interprofessional mini courses (Nutrition in Healthcare and Exploring Disabled Sexuality) and multiple courses that allowed me to collaborate with other healthcare professions.
I have been a member of the Nova Scotia Therapeutic Recreation Association since 2018.
I have been a member of the Canadian Horticultural Therapy Association since 2021.
I have gotten many certifications over the years, including: HIGH FIVE Principles of Healthy Child Development
Safe Management Group, Standard First Aid & CPR/AED Level C, Reena’s Reducing the Risk Training, and Medication and Pharmacology Training
